You can find us over at F Block, No 36, right on 3rd Street in Anna Nagar East. It's a busy enough spot here in Chennai. We’ve been running Hannah Bakery Private Limited from this location for some time now. The mornings usually start pretty early with the smell of things baking. Most of the neighbors know the spot by now. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze on the street sometimes when people park their scooters, but we make it work. The 600102 area has a lot of foot traffic, which keeps us on our toes. We aren't trying to be one of those huge industrial places you see in the papers. It's just a regular bakery setup where we handle the daily orders. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when the weather gets humid. Our team mostly consists of local folks who live nearby. We’ve got some old ovens that have seen better days, but they still get the job done right. People stop in to chat while they're picking things up. It’s not very formal here. We wear aprons that get messy and we drink a lot of tea to stay going. If you’re walking down 3rd Street, you really can’t miss the building. It’s just a plain, honest place where we spend most of our waking hours. We like it that way. There is always some bread to be sliced or a tray to be cleaned. It keeps us out of trouble and the bills paid.
