Hamsa Medical Services is located right here in Royapettah on Besant Road. We've been at No. 18 for some time now. It’s an old neighborhood with a lot of character, and we like being right in the middle of it. Our team is small, mostly just a few people who handle the medical service side of things. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can get our work done without distractions. We deal with various medical needs and try to stay on top of the paperwork, which as anyone knows, can be a lot. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to catch up on filing and organizing the supplies. We aren't a big corporate chain or anything like that. We're just a private company trying to do a decent job for the people who need us. The street can get pretty crowded during the day, so parking is sometimes a bit of a challenge for visitors. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the area over the years. We show up early, get the lights on, and wait to see who needs help that day. It's straightforward work, and we don't feel the need to dress it up with big words or marketing talk. We’re just here on Besant Road, doing what we do every day. The rain sometimes leaks a bit near the front door, but we just put a towel down and keep going.
