Future Prospects

Future Prospects is located at 37 Mannar Street in T. Nagar. If you know Chennai, you know how busy T. Nagar gets, and Mannar Street is no exception. There is always a lot of movement outside, with people shopping and cars trying to find a place to stop. Our office is a simple place where we spend our hours looking at files and talking to people who walk in. It’s not a large space, just enough for our desks and a few chairs for visitors. We don’t have any fancy air purifiers or modern art on the walls. Mostly, it’s just calendars and maybe a few old notes pinned up. The noise from the street is a constant background sound, and sometimes it gets quite loud during festival seasons. We have a routine where we start with a quick check of the mail and then just dive into whatever needs doing. It’s a very plain environment, which is fine because we are there to work, not to lounge around. The plumbing in the building is a bit old, so we have to be careful with it, but that is just part of being in an older part of town. We like being in T. Nagar because everything is close by, even if the crowds can be a bit much sometimes. It is just our little corner where we try to keep things moving forward and get through the daily paperwork.
