Espana Designs

Espana Designs is located way down in Sholinganallur at Tangy Apartments. We are in unit 7-D on B. Cherrian Crescent. If you know the Akkarai area, we are quite close to the VGP Amusement Park. You can sometimes hear the faint sounds of the park from our balcony when the wind is blowing the right way. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have our computers and some samples of fabrics and tiles scattered around on the shelves. It’s not a showroom; it’s a working office. We spend most of our time looking at floor plans or talking to vendors about delivery dates. The traffic on the ECR can be a nightmare sometimes, so we try to do our traveling during the off-hours. We are just a group of people who enjoy the process of putting a room together. We don’t have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. We just talk to each other and get the work done. The heat in Sholinganallur can be intense, but we keep the fans going and stay focused on the task at hand. It’s about finding the right balance between how something looks and how it actually functions in real life. We aren't interested in fancy trends that don't last. We just want to make spaces that people can actually live in without any fuss. It’s honest work, and we like being out here near the coast. It’s a nice place to work most days.
