Elshaddai Charitable Foundation

Our office is in Flat No. 1A of the Sidharth Pluto building. It’s Door No. 10 on Plot No. 1011, right on 14th Street in G-Block of Annanagar, Chennai. Annanagar is a huge place, but once you find G-Block, we are fairly easy to locate. The building is a typical apartment complex, so it feels more like a home than a workplace. We have some desks set up in the main living area of the flat. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is here at the same time, but we make it work. We have a small kitchen where we make our own tea and sometimes share a meal if someone brings something from home. We have been in this spot for a few years now. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. We don't have any big signs or flashing lights outside. It’s just a small nameplate on the door. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We show up, check what needs to be done for the day, and get to it. Sometimes we spend the whole day just on the phone or sorting through paperwork. There isn't anything fancy about how we operate. We are just a group of people who wanted a quiet place to work in a good part of the city. We like the trees on 14th Street; they make the walk much nicer.
