Dolceamore Bakes Private Limited

We are based over in Madipakkam at Plot 13 in the G2 Ranganathan Flats. It is on Siva Vishnukoil Street near the Periyar Nagar extension. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time. We started this because we liked being in the kitchen. Now we spend most of our hours around the ovens. It gets very warm in here, especially in the afternoons. We aren't some big industrial bakery. Most of the stuff is done by hand. We get our flour and sugar from the local suppliers we trust. Sometimes the oven acts up and we have to wait for the repairman, which is frustrating. But usually, things run smooth enough. The street outside gets a bit narrow when cars park on both sides. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Neighbors know us by the smell of the bread and cakes. We don't really do much marketing. We just put our sign out and people come in when they see it. The floor is tiled and we spend a lot of time mopping it because of the flour dust. It's a simple operation. We have a couple of staff members who live nearby and walk to work. We talk about the local news while we work. It’s a decent way to spend the day. We are just a local bakeshop doing our best in Chennai 600091.
