The 80th Feet Road is usually pretty busy with traffic and people going about their business. Our clinic is just a regular spot along the road. We don't have any big neon signs or anything fancy. Inside, it’s just a clean space where we take care of people's teeth. We have a couple of dental chairs and the usual equipment you’d expect. The staff here are mostly local people who have lived in Saligramam for years. We see a lot of familiar faces coming in for their checkups. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit full, especially on Saturday mornings, but we try to get through everyone as quickly as we can. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing.
