Dharshan Associates

We are located over at No 27/85 on Thendral Street in Kumaran Nagar. If you know where Chennai Public School is in Padi, then we are right nearby. Dharshan Associates is just a small group of us working out of this spot. The street is usually pretty quiet, which helps when we are trying to concentrate on drawings or numbers. It’s a regular house-turned-office kind of setup. We have been in Padi for a bit now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We do a lot of planning and consulting work here. It’s not a showroom or anything like that, just a place where we get the actual work done. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside when school lets out, but otherwise, it’s a good place to work. We don’t really do much advertising; people mostly just find us because they live nearby or heard about us from someone else in the area. We keep our hours pretty regular, but sometimes we stay late if a project is due. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way. No big corporate vibes here, just us trying to do a decent job for the folks who come in. The office is easy enough to spot once you get onto Thendral Street. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but not too bad.
