The center is focused mostly on bones and joints, so you see a lot of people with bandages or walking with crutches. The stairs can be a bit difficult for some, but we try to help out where we can. The waiting area is often packed with people sitting on the blue chairs we’ve had for a long time. It’s a specialized place, so the staff knows a lot about orthopaedics just from being around it every day. We spend a lot of time looking at X-rays and filing reports.
