Alfred Rajan Orthopeadic Clinic

The clinic is tucked away on 5th Trust Cross Street in Mandavellipakkam. It is a quiet enough area compared to some of the main roads in Chennai, but the traffic on the main road nearby can still get backed up in the evenings. Dr. Alfred Rajan has been looking at bones and joints here for quite some time now. We see a lot of people walking in with knee pain or kids who fell down while playing outside. The building at No 02 isn't hard to find if you are familiar with Raja Annamalai Puram. We keep the place clean, though it is not some big corporate hospital with glass walls and uniforms everywhere. It feels more like a local spot where you can just come in and talk about what hurts. Sometimes the reception gets a bit crowded when several people show up at once without calling, but we usually sort it out pretty fast. There is a lot of tea drinking among the staff in the afternoons when things slow down for a bit. The street outside has some nice trees that give some shade when people are waiting for their rides after an appointment. We focus on getting people back on their feet without too much fuss or complicated talk. It is just a regular orthopedic clinic trying to do right by the folks living around Mandavellipakkam. If the main road is blocked, taking the back lanes usually works better to reach us.
