Cape Altius Advisors Llp is located at No.S/2 in the Ras Flats. If you know Ashok Nagar, we are right on 10th Avenue, at numbers 53 and 54. It’s a residential-feeling area which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than those huge glass buildings downtown. We like the vibe here. It’s easy to grab a snack nearby or just take a walk when the brain gets a bit fried from looking at numbers all morning. The office inside Ras Flats is basically where all the work happens, though it's mostly just us typing away and talking over things. It's a modest space, nothing over the top. We've got our desks set up in a way that makes sense for us. Being in Ashok Nagar means we are close to everything but it still stays relatively quiet inside. We don't really have any fancy slogans. We just focus on the advisory work we have in front of us. Most of the time, the day goes by pretty fast because there is always something to look at or a phone call to take. It's a simple setup at Cape Altius Advisors Llp. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of people. We’re just a small team doing our thing on 10th Avenue. We try to keep things honest and just work through the tasks as they come in. Sometimes the door sticks a bit, but we are used to it and it feels like home.
