Cafebility Foundation

Our place is located at No 61 in Devikarumari Amman Nagar. If you know the Pallikaranai area in Chennai, you probably know how much it has changed lately. We are tucked away in a spot that feels a bit quieter than the main roads sometimes. The foundation is just a small group of us working out of this building in Kancheepuram. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Usually, it's just the sound of the neighborhood and us getting through the long list of things to do for the day. Sometimes the street gets a bit dusty, or the traffic in Chennai makes it hard for people to get here on time, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation. We just wanted a space where we could do some good from right here in our local community. The office has a few desks and some chairs, nothing special. We spend a lot of time talking to people who drop by. It’s better that way, just face to face. We’ve been in this part of town for a bit now and we like the people around here. It feels like home. Cafebility Foundation is just us trying to make sense of things and helping where we can. It’s not always perfect, but we show up every morning and get to it. That’s really all there is to tell about us and this little spot in Devikarumari Amman Nagar.
