The road out front is always packed with buses and bikes, so it’s never really quiet at Bath & Crafts Chowdhary Agencies. We are in Aminjikarai, which is a very busy part of the city. Inside the shop, we have all sorts of bathroom things like taps, pipes, and washbasins. We also have some craft items because that’s just how the business grew over the years. It’s a bit of a mix. The shelves are quite full, and sometimes you have to move one thing to see another. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us and the customers who walk in from the street. Many people stop by because they are stuck in traffic and see our sign.
