Balaji Dental & Craniofacial Hospital

This place is on Kavignar Bharathidasan Road in Teynampet. We’ve been at No. 30 for quite a while now. The street is usually crowded, but we like being in this part of town. It’s a dental and craniofacial hospital, which sounds like a lot, but we try to keep things down to earth. The rooms are set up for different kinds of treatments, and we have the standard equipment you’d expect. We aren't trying to be the most modern place in the world. We just want to make sure the chairs are clean and the lights are working. The staff here is pretty quiet and they just do their jobs. You might hear some traffic from the road while you’re sitting in the waiting room. We have a few benches and a desk where you sign in. It’s all very basic. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We are just a group of people working in a building on a busy Chennai road. Sometimes we run a bit behind schedule if a case is more difficult than we thought, but that’s just how it goes. Most people who come here are from the surrounding neighborhoods. We stay open until the last patient is seen. It’s a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far. We keep the instruments ready and the floor swept. It's just a regular hospital where we do our daily tasks.
