Our place is over in T Nagar, right on Habibullah Road. We are tucked inside Kala Flats, specifically at No 3. It's an older building, 172/94 if you are looking at the gate numbers. Most people know the area because Devar Kalyana Mandapam is just a short walk away. Being in T Nagar means it gets pretty busy around here, especially in the evenings when the traffic picks up. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we get our work done every day. Sometimes the parking on Habibullah Road can be a bit of a headache, but that’s just how it is in this part of Chennai. Inside the flat, it’s mostly quiet enough to focus. We have a few desks and some files piled up, nothing too organized but we know where everything is. You can hear the sounds from the street occasionally, but it becomes background noise after a while. It’s a convenient location for us because it’s central. We usually start the day early before the sun gets too hot. It feels like a home office in some ways because of the residential vibe of the flats. We don't have big signs outside, just the usual nameplate. It's a simple setup for the team. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head out. It suits us just fine for now. We like the local shops nearby for lunch too.
