We are based in the Workenstein space over at IIFL Towers. It's on the seventh level, right on Dr. MGR Road in Kandanchavadi. Being in a big tower like this is a bit different from a regular street-side shop, but it's where we’ve ended up. We focus on reality services, which basically means a lot of coordination and checking on different properties across the city. Chennai is a big place, and Kandanchavadi is a busy hub. You can see quite a lot of the surrounding area from up here on the seventh floor. We started this because we knew a bit about the market and figured we could make a go of it. It’s been an interesting journey so far. Some days are slow, and other days the phone won't stop ringing at all. We don't have a massive team, just a few dedicated people trying to keep things organized. The office setup is pretty modern since it’s a shared workspace, but our way of working is still very old-school. We like to talk to people directly and keep things clear. No complicated jargon or corporate talk here. We just explain how things are and what needs to happen. Dealing with property can be tricky, so we try to stay on top of the paperwork as much as possible. Sometimes we grab lunch at the local spots around the tower. It’s a good routine that keeps us going every day.
