B R Associate

B R Associate is our place over at 57, New Military Road-Avadi Camp in Avadi. Our office is located on a pretty busy stretch of the road where things are always happening. We deal with real estate and all kinds of property matters in the Avadi area. This part of town has a lot of history because of the military camp nearby. We spend our days at number 57, talking to people about land and different buildings. It is a very local operation. We don’t have a fancy corporate setup or anything like that. It is just a simple office where we can sit down and have a chat with whoever walks in. New Military Road is usually full of trucks and people, which keeps our day interesting. We have gotten to know the neighborhoods around Avadi Camp quite well over the years. Most of what we do is just connecting sellers with buyers. It takes a lot of walking around and visiting different sites, often in the heat of the afternoon. We are B R Associate, and we have been a part of this community for a while now. We don’t make any big promises or use sales tactics. We just show the property and help with the paperwork. It is just honest, daily work for us. Avadi is our home base and we stay focused on what is happening right here. We are just local people working in the property business and keeping things simple.
