We are located on Konnur High Road in Ayanavaram. The building has two numbers, Old 52 and New 139, which sometimes confuses the delivery guys. It’s a busy street with a lot of noise from the traffic outside. Inside, it’s mostly us sitting at computers handling tech stuff. We’ve been here in Ayanavaram for a few years. It’s a tight-knit group of us working here. The office isn't very large, so we end up talking across the room a lot. We fix things and manage services for people who need help with their systems. It can be frustrating when things don't work right, but we stay until it’s sorted out. We don't use any fancy talk or corporate jargon. If a server is down, we just say it’s down and get to work. My desk is near the window, so I watch the buses go by while I’m on calls. We usually order lunch from the small shop down the street. It’s just a normal job in a normal part of town. We handle a lot of different tech issues every day. Some are easy, some take all night. We don't mind the long hours as long as the work gets finished. It’s just the way the tech world goes. We try to keep our cables organized, but it’s a losing battle with all the equipment we have to test every single week for our regulars who drop by.
