We are located over at Agnitio Tech Park in Kandanchavadi, right on the OMR. Specifically, we are on Level 2 at Number 141. It’s a busy tech park near Perungudi, so there are always lots of people coming and going. Our office is where we handle medical billing. It’s mostly just rows of desks, computers, and a lot of monitors. We aren't doctors or nurses; we’re the people who deal with the paperwork and the insurance side of things. The office can get a bit loud with the sound of typing and people on the phone talking to insurance companies. We have a small break room where we get our tea and coffee. It’s a standard office setup, nothing too fancy or modern. We just need the internet to stay up and the computers to keep running. Most of us have been doing this for a while, so we know the codes and the systems pretty well. The view out the window is mostly other buildings and the traffic on the Old Mahabalipuram Road. We don't have a big reception area because we don't get many walk-in visitors. Most of our work is done through emails and software. It's a practical, heads-down kind of place. We just show up, do the billing work, and head home like everyone else in the park after the shift is over.
