We are set up at No. 100 on Pillaiyar Kovil Street over in Arumbakkam. It’s right near the temple, so there are always people around. We handle dental supplies and equipment. The office isn't very big, but it fits everything we need. Most days are spent answering the phone and checking what we have left in the back room. We have a few desks pushed together and some filing cabinets that are getting pretty full. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We don’t bother with fancy carpets or expensive furniture because it just gets in the way of the work. Our neighbors are mostly small shops and families who have been here for generations. We’ve become part of the scenery around here. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because of the narrow streets, but we manage to deal with it. We don’t have a flashy website or a big sales team. Most of our customers are local dentists who have been buying from us for years. They know where to find us and they know what to expect. We just try to keep things running smoothly without any unnecessary drama. It’s a steady job and we like the people we work with. The shop has its quirks, like the door that sticks in the rainy season, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else right now. We just do our best.
