Setting up shop on P. H. Road in Arumpakkam seemed like a good idea because of how many people pass by every single day. We are located at No. 551/9A, which isn't the biggest place, but it fits everything we need. Most days are spent looking at small parts and trying to get things running again for customers who are usually in a bit of a hurry. Chennai traffic can be a nightmare outside, so the noise from the road is always there in the background. It is just a few of us here working on stuff. We don't have a big reception area or a lot of bells and whistles. Usually, there are just some tools scattered on the bench and a few projects waiting in the corner. People come in with all sorts of issues, and we just try to be practical about what can be done. It is honest work, and we like the neighborhood. Arumpakkam has a lot of energy, and being near the main road means we see all sorts of characters. Sometimes the electricity acts up, or it gets a bit too humid to think, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation, just a local spot where you can get things sorted without a lot of fuss. It is a routine that works for us, and we plan to keep it that way.
