We have been operating out of the Tnpl Building for a good number of years now. Being on the second floor, we get a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are looking at the paperwork on our desks. Medall Healthcare is basically just a group of us who show up every morning, turn on the lights, and start processing whatever comes through the door. The hallways are narrow and the paint is peeling a little bit near the water cooler, but it doesn't bother us much. We have a lot of filing cabinets because we still keep a lot of physical records, which sometimes makes the office feel a bit crowded. You can hear the hum of the air conditioner all day long, and it's the only thing that keeps us sane in the summer heat. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a spot where you can get your health tests done without too much fuss. Sometimes the lift is out of order, so we have to take the stairs, which is quite a workout by the end of the day. We usually have some biscuits in a jar for when things get busy and we can't take a full lunch break. It's just a regular workplace with regular people trying to keep things organized. We know our regulars by their first names and we try to have a quick chat while we work. It’s a busy environment but we manage.
