Anna Charitable Foundation

We are located at Plot No.33, Sirajpoor 2, right off Nanjikottai Road in Thanjavur. It is a pretty quiet spot compared to the main parts of town. We have been here at the Anna Charitable Foundation for some time now. The building is a simple structure on a decent-sized plot. We don't have any of those modern glass windows or shiny floors. It is mostly just brick and mortar and the work we do inside. Thanjavur is a place with a lot of history, and we feel like we fit right in with the local pace. Our office is filled with the usual stuff like desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We don't have a dedicated cleaning crew, so we usually tidy up ourselves at the end of the day. Sometimes the cows from the nearby field wander close to the gate. It is just a normal day for us. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the work, and go home. There isn't any fancy coffee or snacks in the breakroom. Usually, we just share what we brought from home. It is a very practical way to run things. We are not trying to be the biggest or the flashiest. We just want to be here on Nanjikottai Road, doing what we need to do. It is a modest life, but we are satisfied with how we get things done.
