At Anico Infra Pvt. Ltd., we operate out of the Techno Drop Engineers location. It’s a bit of a shared vibe here, which works out fine for what we do. The space is filled with technical drawings, rolls of paper, and a few old computers that have seen better days. We aren't really the type of people who care about having the latest office furniture. As long as the chairs are comfortable enough to sit in for a few hours, we’re happy. Most of our time is spent looking at project details or talking to contractors on the phone. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though it can get a bit loud when deadlines are approaching. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just kind of pitches in where they are needed. Sometimes that means someone from management is helping move boxes or filing papers. It’s a very hands-on way to run a company. We’ve been around the infra scene for a while and have seen how things go up and down. We don't promise anything revolutionary. We just show up and do the work that’s on the schedule for that day. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. The office gets a bit dusty with all the construction talk, but that’s just part of the job. We keep things grounded and just focus on the next step.
