Access Security Systems

We operate out of F-6 in the Golden Jubilee Apartments on Anna Main Road. K.K. Nagar West is a busy residential area, so we see a lot of people coming and going. Access Security Systems isn't about high-tech gadgets you see in movies; it's about installing cameras that actually work and door sensors that don't trip for no reason. We keep our inventory in a small room. It's mostly boxes of cables and DVRs piled up. My desk is usually covered in manuals and half-finished quotes. The apartment complex is older, but it’s a good central spot for us to reach our customers. We spend a lot of time on ladders pulling wires through tight spaces. Sometimes the weather in Chennai makes the outdoor work really tough; you end up drenched in sweat before lunch. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. It's just us answering the phone and heading out to fix a faulty intercom. People in the neighborhood know us because we’ve been here a while. We don't try to push the most expensive systems; we just look at the gate or the lobby and suggest what fits. Simple stuff like that. Lunch is usually something quick from a local place, then it’s back to testing the monitors. It's a routine that works for us and keeps the bills paid.
