We’ve been here at 27, Subramaniam Stree for quite a while now. It’s a busy little spot and most of us have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Mca Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. isn't a giant place with hundreds of people, just a team that shows up every morning to get things done. The office has a lot of files and desks, and the tea guy comes by around 11:00 am which is usually the highlight of our morning. We spend most of our time looking at paperwork and talking to people who come in with questions about their businesses. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the traffic, but you get used to it after a week or two. My desk is near the window, so I see everyone walking past on the street. It’s just regular work, really. We handle the consulting side of things, mostly helping out with management stuff that people find too confusing to do on their own. It’s not fancy or anything, just a solid place to work where we know each other's names. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the stacks of paper get a little out of hand. That’s just how it goes in a small office. We don’t have a big cafeteria or anything, we just eat at our desks or go out to one of the small shops nearby if we have time. It works for us.
