We are Madras Travels & Tours Pvt. Ltd. and our office is on the second floor of PSK Booshanam Mahal, located at No. 127. We are right on the 100 Feet Bye Pass, so you can see the cars and buses going past the window all day. It is a busy spot in the city. Our work involves booking trips, sorting out bus tickets, and helping people plan their travel. It is a lot of time spent on the phone and staring at the computer screen. The office is not very big, just a couple of rooms with desks and chairs. People come in to talk about their vacations or work trips, and we try to find the best dates for them. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone lines are busy, which can be frustrating. We are not a huge global company, just a small local team trying to help people get where they need to go.
