Sri Senthil Bricks

We’ve been at this spot in Sidco Industrial Estate for a while now. It is just a regular yard where we make bricks every single day. The work is dusty and the sun gets really hot out here in Konnacheri Post, but we keep the machines running anyway. It is mostly just a few of us handling the mud and the kilns. We don't have a big office or anything fancy like that, just the space needed to get the bricks ready for people building nearby. Some days are busier than others depending on the weather. If it rains, things slow down a lot because the bricks don't dry right. We just try to get the orders filled when people call us. Most of the folks around here know where we are. It is No : 1 on the estate road. We have seen a lot of changes in the area over the years but we are still doing the same thing. It is hard work, honestly. Your hands get rough and you are tired by the evening. But it is what we do. We stack them up and wait for the trucks to come by and pick them up. Sometimes the trucks are late and we just sit and wait. That is how it goes. We do not spend much time on the computer or making ads. We just focus on the bricks and making sure they are solid enough for whatever wall someone is putting up.
