Sri Kumari Driving School

Our school is located at No. 4/129 D in Thiru-Vi-Ka Nagar, Chennai. We are situated right near the State Bank of India, so it’s a familiar spot for most people in the neighborhood. Chennai can be quite a challenge for drivers, especially with the heat and the way the traffic flows around here. We spend a lot of our time explaining the rules of the road and helping people get over their fear of driving in a big city. The office isn't much to look at, just a place for us to sit down and deal with the license applications and the daily logs. We’ve been part of the community here for some time, and we see a lot of the same faces walking by every day. Learning to drive is a big step for most of our students, and we try to keep things grounded and practical. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that; we just want to make sure people can drive safely without getting into trouble on the road. The cars are out from early morning until the evening, and we keep them running as best as we can. Dealing with the RTO is always a bit of a process, but we handle that part so the students don't have to worry too much about the paperwork side of things. It’s just us doing our thing in Thiru-Vi-Ka Nagar and helping folks get their license. It takes a while, but it gets done.
