Sri Balaji Vocational Skill Development Academy (Opc) Private Limited is located at S.No.158/2 on Madambakkam Main Road in the Rajakilpakam area of Selaiyur. We are a small setup, mostly run by just one person with a little bit of help here and there. Our focus is on vocational skills, which means we do a lot of hands-on teaching. The building we’re in is pretty basic. We don't have a lot of extra money for fancy decor or high-end office furniture. We just have what we need to teach people how to do specific jobs. It’s a practical place, and we like it that way. Being on Madambakkam Main Road means we get people dropping in all the time to ask questions. We don't have a formal sales process. We just tell them what we offer and let them decide. Rajakilpakam is a growing neighborhood, and it feels good to be a part of it. Sometimes the internet is slow or we run out of supplies, but we just manage. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals. We’re just here to provide some training to people who want to improve their skills. It’s a quiet life for the most part, spent organizing classes and checking on students' progress. We aren't looking to become a giant academy. We’re just happy being a local spot in Selaiyur where people can come to learn something useful for their future. Every day we just try to get things done.
