Mass Tech Engineering

Mass Tech Engineering is located at No:14 on Nagavalliamman Kovil Street. We are in the Kudalur Industrial Area in Maraimalai Nagar. Being in an industrial area means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories. It’s a place where people come to work. There is a temple nearby, and sometimes we hear the bells while we are grinding metal. The shop floor is old concrete and it’s stained with oil and coolant. We have several machines that have seen better days, but we keep them running well. We don't spend time on making the place look pretty. It’s a functional space for engineering work. We usually have the radio on a local station. The guys here are local and we all live within a few kilometers. We take our work seriously but we don't act like it's more complicated than it is. It's about measuring twice and cutting once. We have a lot of scrap metal piled up in the back that we sort through every weekend. The street can get a bit muddy when it rains, but otherwise, it’s a good spot for us. We just keep the doors open and get through the pile of work on the table. It's a long day usually, but we are used to the rhythm of it. Most people around here know us by name and just drop by when they have a job.
