This is out in Madurapakkam, which is a bit quieter than the main city parts of Kanchipuram or Chinglepet. Being in an apartment means it has a very different feel than a shop or a commercial building. It is more like a home office setup. We have one room dedicated to the academy work where we keep the laptops and the study materials. It is quiet out here, which is good for focusing on the learning programs we handle. We don't have many people walking in by chance; usually, it is just scheduled meetings or people who know we are here. The apartment has a nice view of the surrounding area from the third floor. We have some basic chairs for visitors and a big table where we do most of our planning. The walk from the parking area to the D block is short, and the neighbors are all very friendly. We spend a lot of our time on the computer or making calls. It is a small team, so we all do a bit of everything, from answering emails to sorting out the accounts. It is a peaceful way to run an academy without the hustle and bustle of a busy street. It works well for us and we like the calm environment.
