This office is located C/O Bhavini at the Nuclear Power Corporation site in Kalpakkam. Since we’re working near a major facility like that, things are a bit different than our other locations. It’s a very focused environment. We spend our days dealing with the specific needs of the project here. The air is salty because we’re so close to the coast. It’s a unique place to be stationed. We don’t have a regular street address in a city; we’re right there where the action is. Our workspace is basic—mostly just what we need to get the engineering tasks done. There’s a lot of security around, so it’s a quiet and controlled place to work. We focus heavily on the details because the projects in Kalpakkam are quite specialized. We’ve been part of this setup for a while now, helping out with the infrastructure needs of the site. It’s not a place for visitors to just wander in. We’re here for a specific purpose. Most of the staff stay nearby and we’ve developed a tight-knit routine. We don't have any fancy lounges or corporate perks. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of technical discussions. We represent Gammon India Ltd on-site, making sure the structural work is handled properly. It’s a serious job but we enjoy the coastal breeze when we step outside. We usually have a quick lunch together and then get right back to the blueprints. It is hard work, but being by the sea makes it a bit better.
