We are Alliance Group, and you can find us at 111, Pillayar Kovil Street. It’s a local spot, and we’ve been part of this street for quite some time now. The office is just a regular room where we keep our files and meet people. It’s nothing fancy, just some chairs and a desk that’s seen better days. Pillayar Kovil Street is usually pretty active, so there’s always a bit of noise coming in from the outside. We focus on the property stuff around this area. It’s mostly just us answering calls and trying to keep everything organized, which is harder than it sounds some days. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Real estate involves a lot of waiting around for people to make up their minds, so we spend a fair bit of time just talking and explaining things. The neighborhood knows us, and we know the neighborhood. It’s a simple arrangement. Sometimes the rain makes the street a mess, but we still show up. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of offices. It’s just this one place on the street where we handle the local property deals. We try to be honest about what’s available and what isn't. It’s a lot of basic legwork, day in and day out. That’s how we’ve always operated, and we don't plan on changing it much. It’s just how we get things done here on this street.
