About Sr Middle School – Education in Charkhi Dadri
Assaudha is a quiet enough place, and our school sits right in the middle of things here in Jhajjar. Being a middle school, we deal with that age where kids are starting to grow up but are still basically children. The building is older, with thick walls that keep it somewhat cool in the Haryana heat. We have a playground that's mostly dirt, but the kids love playing cricket there during the breaks. You can hear the sounds of the village around us—the tractors passing by or the local shopkeepers talking. We don't have air conditioning or fancy tech in every room; we use old-fashioned blackboards and wooden benches. The students mostly come from the nearby houses in the 124505 area. Their parents come by sometimes to ask how the kids are doing in math or science. It’s a very practical sort of place. We have a few trees in the yard that give a bit of shade. The staffroom is small and always smells like tea. We don't do much in the way of advertising because everyone in Assaudha already knows where we are. It’s just a school for the local boys and girls to get their middle school education before they head off to high school in the bigger towns. We just focus on the daily lessons and making sure everyone shows up on time. It’s a simple routine, but it works for us and has for many years now. We just take each day as it comes.
