D R A Senior Secondry School

This school sits out in the Majri and Bhupania area, which is a bit of a distance from the center of Bahadurgarh. It’s a quiet spot surrounded by a lot of open land. The building is a solid, two-story structure that has seen many groups of students pass through over the years. We have a large courtyard where everyone gathers for the morning assembly. It gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but that’s just the way it is in this part of Haryana. Most of our students come from the local villages nearby. We have older students here since we go all the way up to the senior secondary level. They are usually more serious, especially when exams are coming around the corner. The classrooms are basic with wooden desks and blackboards that have seen a lot of chalk. We don't have anything overly modern or flashy. It’s just a place for learning. The teachers are mostly local folks too, so they know the families well. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to open all the windows to catch a breeze. We have a small office where we keep the records and files, and it’s always a bit crowded with papers. It’s a straightforward school doing its job for the community. We don't put out big ads; the neighborhood knows we are here. It’s a busy, functional place for everyone involved in the daily work.
