Ssc Vanilla Processing Unit

Our Ssc Vanilla Processing Unit is over at 163, Ramamnadira Road in Sakrepatna. It’s a quiet enough place compared to the big cities, but we stay very busy around here. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a practical and sturdy space where we handle all the vanilla processing. We spend a lot of our time checking the crops and making sure every step of the processing is done the right way. It’s very hands-on work, and we usually end the day feeling pretty tired. There is a very specific, sweet smell to the place because of what we do, which is actually quite nice most of the time. We don't have fancy office chairs or a big reception area for guests. It’s just us, the machines, and the vanilla beans. Sakrepatna is a small town, so everyone kind of knows where we are located on Ramamnadira Road. We’ve been at this for some time now, learning new things as we go along. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit difficult for the drying, but we just adjust and keep moving forward. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do a decent job with the resources we have. It’s a lot of manual work and paying close attention to the small details. We’re just a small crew trying to make a living and keep the unit running smoothly day in and day out.
