We are based out in Tukaram Nagar Kanhan, which is a bit away from the main rush of Nagpur. See Tech Solution Pvt Ltd is just our little operation where we handle various tech tasks. It’s a bit of a dusty area sometimes, but we like the space we have here. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive furniture. Most of our stuff is just practical desks and computers that actually work. When people come to see us, they usually have a problem they want fixed. We sit down, have some tea, and look at what’s going on. We don't use a lot of big words to explain things. If something is broken, we say it’s broken. If we can fix it, we do. We've been working in Maharashtra for a long time and we know how people like things done—straightforward and simple. Our office is a place where we actually work, so it might look a little messy with all the parts and papers lying around. But we know where everything is. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It's just us doing the technical work and hoping people like what we do. We stay late some nights when there's a lot to get through. That’s just part of the job. It's a small team, and we all know our roles pretty well. We just want to keep things running smoothly for everyone who comes to Kanhan.
