We are located out on Ghuggus Road in the Padoli area of Chandrapur. If you know this region, you know it can get pretty warm and the landscape is quite distinct with the industrial activities nearby. Our school sits right there along the road, and we have been operating here for a while. It is a straightforward setup. We have the classrooms arranged around the main corridors, and we try to keep things as cool as possible during the summer months. The staff comes in early to get the attendance registers ready before the buses start pulling in from Padoli and the rest of Chandrapur. We don't have a lot of frills here. The focus is mainly on the daily lessons and making sure the students are following the curriculum correctly. It is a busy environment with a lot of noise during the breaks, which is just part of school life. We deal with the typical stuff, like making sure the water coolers are full and the benches are in good shape for the students. Most of us who work here live nearby, so we are familiar with the families and the local issues. We just want to provide a solid place for the kids to come and learn. It is not a complicated mission, just a daily routine of teaching and managing the school grounds. We keep our doors open and just get on with the work of running a school in this part of Maharashtra.
