It’s quite a distance from the big city centers like Pune or Mumbai. Chandrapur is known for its heat and its industry, and being near the factory means the environment is very specific. It feels very quiet and secluded compared to our other locations. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic or fancy amenities. It’s just a functional space where we can sit down and focus on our tasks without much distraction. Most of the people around here work for the factory or related services. Our daily routine is pretty steady. We get in early before it gets too hot and try to get as much done as possible. There aren't many places to hang out nearby, so we usually just bring our own lunch and eat together. It’s a very simple, honest way of working.
