Our office is right there in Bhadrawati, just near the new bus stop. If you know where Hotel Sunny Point is, we are basically right beside it. It's a busy spot in Chandrapur, especially with all the travelers coming in and out of the station. Aifs Development Private Limited has been around this area for a bit, focusing on whatever development work needs doing. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks. Sometimes the weather gets really hot here, so we try to get most of our field work done early in the morning. Being next to a hotel and a bus stop means there is always noise and people moving around. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a simple place where we can talk to people about their land or building needs. Most of the people we work with are locals from around Chandrapur who just want things done right. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to stay busy and do decent work for the community. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we manage. If you’re waiting for a bus and have a minute, you can see our sign. It's a straightforward business and we like it that way. No big speeches, just practical work every day for the folks in the district.
