You can find Vidarbha Land & Developers over at Swami Plaza on Mul Road. We are pretty close to the bus stand and the Mayur Hotel, so it’s a very central spot for us to work from every day. There is always a lot of activity around the bus stand, which makes the mornings quite lively when we arrive. We’ve been in Swami Plaza for some time now. Our work involves a lot of land and development projects, so there is always something new on the drawing board or in the files. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees, just a small group of us trying to make things work on Mul Road. We spend our time looking at plots and talking to builders who know the area. It’s a lot of keeping track of things and phone calls. The office is usually filled with rolls of plans, maps, and plenty of empty coffee cups. We don't go in for fancy marketing or slick brochures; we just focus on the projects we have right in front of us. Being near the Mayur Hotel is handy when we need to grab a quick bite or a tea between meetings. We know this area well and we’ve seen it grow quite a bit over the years. Development can be slow and frustrating at times, but we just keep at it until the job is done. If you are walking past the bus stand, you’re not far from where we sit at Vidarbha Land & Developers.
