Wheeler Associates

We've been at 212 Kaivalya in Patasa Pole for a good while now. It’s one of those busy spots where you always hear the noise from the street. Most mornings start with someone unlocking the front door while the neighbor is still sweeping their stoop. Wheeler Associates isn't a fancy place. We have old desks and files that have been here since we moved in. The light isn't great in the back, but we make do. People usually find us because they know the area or someone told them where Patasa Pole is. It gets crowded in the afternoon. We usually have tea around four. Sometimes the delivery guy gets lost because the numbering here is a bit strange, but we just wave him down from the entrance. It's a small team. We mostly just sit and handle what comes through the door. There’s a cat that hangs around the entrance of Kaivalya. We don't own it, but it seems to think it belongs here. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but nobody has really had the time to get around to it. It feels like a second home to us. We stay until the sun goes down and then lock up. It’s just how things go here. We don't change much. The neighborhood stays the same and so do we. It's a quiet life mostly. We just keep doing what we do every day.
