Welm Foundation

Welm Foundation is based in Booth No. 15 in Sector 33. These booths are quite small, but they are a staple of Chandigarh’s local markets. Our space is just a single room that we’ve had to organize very carefully to fit everything in. We have a desk for the computer and some narrow shelves for our records. If more than two people are inside at once, it starts to feel a bit tight, but it works for what we need. Sector 33 is a nice, green area, and being in a booth means we are right there on the sidewalk. We see people walking their dogs or heading to the nearby shops all day long. It’s a very public spot. We don't have a lobby or any fancy amenities. If the door is open, we are usually sitting right there at the desk. The paint on the door is a little chipped, and the sign outside is a bit plain. We are more focused on getting our work done than on how the office looks. It’s a very basic setup, just enough for us to handle the foundation’s tasks. Sometimes we step out to the nearby park for a bit of fresh air if the office feels too small. It’s an honest, small-scale way to run things. We like being part of the local market scene. It feels like we are right in the middle of things without being in a big, cold office tower.
