You can find us over in the Industrial Area Phase I, right on Anipuram Main Road at number 123. It’s a pretty grit-and-grind kind of place. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a truck idling nearby or someone unloading crates. We deal with a lot of electronics and appliances, so there’s always something new coming off a delivery van. The showroom floor is usually pretty bright, but the back warehouse is where most of the heavy lifting happens. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially when the sun hits the front windows. People come in looking for stuff for their homes, and we try to help them find what they need without being too pushy about it. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but the noise of the main road stays the same. The staff here is mostly local folks who know their way around the different models we stock. We don’t really go in for those corporate training videos. Most of us just learned by doing and by talking to the customers who walk through the door. It’s a busy shop, especially on the weekends when families have time to browse. Sometimes we run out of space for all the boxes, so things get a little cluttered. But that’s just how a busy store looks. We just keep the doors open and stay ready for whoever comes in next.
