We are located over at 118, Mirpur Colony here in Pathankot. If you know the area, it's a pretty standard neighborhood, nothing too fancy. Vandy Collections Solution Private Limited has been tucked away in this spot for a while now. Most days it’s just us sitting at the desks, looking through folders and making sure everything is in the right place. The office has that specific smell of paper and old furniture that you get in places like this. Punjab summers can be really rough, so the fan is usually going full speed while we work. There’s a tea stall not too far down the road where someone usually goes to grab a few cups in the afternoon. It gets a bit noisy outside sometimes with the local traffic and people walking by, but we’re used to it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away on some older computers that have seen better days. It isn’t like those big glass buildings you see in movies; it’s just a regular room with enough space for us to get through the daily tasks. We keep our files organized on some metal racks against the wall. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there waiting for it to come back so we can finish up. It’s just a small group of us trying to keep things moving and making sure we do not fall behind on the piles of paperwork.
