Our office is at 1803, Phase- 5 in Mohali. We go by V P Global Real Estate Co. It sounds like a big name but we are just a local setup here. Phase- 5 is a busy part of Mohali and we like being around all the activity. There is always something happening outside the window. We have been here for a while now. The building is an older one but it stays cool in the heat. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations. Most of our space is just filled with papers and maps. V P Global Real Estate Co is just what it says on the sign. People come in and talk to us about the area. We know Mohali pretty well after being here so long. It is not a corporate headquarters with hundreds of staff. It is just a few of us who know the streets. Sometimes we have to run out to see a site or meet someone nearby. We don't use those complicated scripts when we talk. It is just normal conversation. We keep the place tidy but it looks like a real office where people actually work. Mohali is growing fast and we are just watching it happen from our spot in Phase- 5. It is a good place to be if you like staying busy without all the extra fuss. We usually keep some cold water in the fridge for anyone who stops by. It helps on those long afternoons.
