Upper Crust

Upper Crust is tucked away in Sector 35B, Chandigarh. We are actually inside or right next to the Khyber Restaurant building at Sco 333-334. It is a very busy part of Sector 35B, 160035, and there is always the smell of food in the air. We focus on the baking and food side of things. It’s a lot of early mornings and staying on your feet for hours. The kitchen can get quite hot, and it’s definitely not a place for someone who doesn't like to get their hands dirty. We aren't some big chain; we are just a local spot where we make things we think people will enjoy. There's no fancy jargon about our process. We just use the ingredients we have and follow the steps we’ve learned over the years. Some days the ovens are full and other days it’s a bit slower, giving us time to clean up and prep. People in Chandigarh know this sector well for its food options, so we feel lucky to be right in the middle of it. We don't spend much time on social media or advertising. We just hope that if someone likes what they eat, they’ll come back again. It’s a simple way to run things, and it keeps us focused on the food.
