Our place is over at 26/5 here in Chandigarh, postcode 160002. It’s a pretty simple setup we have here. We do training, mostly practical stuff that helps people get ready for work. It’s not a school in the traditional sense, more like a place where you come to learn specific skills. We’ve been operating under the name Tvti Training for a bit now. The space isn't huge, but we have what we need to get the job done. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or anything like that. We'd rather just focus on the teaching part. People come to us from all over the city. Some are young and just starting out, others are a bit older and looking to change what they do for a living. We just talk to them like regular people and show them the ropes. There is a lot of hands-on work involved. We think it’s better to learn by doing than by just reading a book. Sometimes the days are long, especially when we have a full house. But we like the energy of it. It feels good to be part of the community here in the 160002 area. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just try to be helpful and keep the equipment running so everyone can learn. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it works for us. We've been doing this for a while and we just take it as it comes.
