We are located at Mohindra Cold Storage, which is near the Jalandher Bye Pass in Ludhiana. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an office, being at a cold storage place, but it works for us. We help people find jobs. That’s the main thing we do here. People come in looking for work, and we see if we have anything that fits. Ludhiana is a big industrial city, so there are always factories and businesses looking for staff. We don't have a fancy lobby with leather chairs or expensive art. It’s just a desk, some chairs for people to wait, and a few computers. It gets quite busy in the mornings especially. We hear a lot of stories from people who are looking for a better life or just a steady paycheck. We try to be honest with them about what’s available right now. The Jalandher Bye Pass is always busy with trucks and traffic, so it can be a bit loud. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we know the local companies pretty well. We don't promise anyone the world. We just try to connect someone who needs a job with someone who needs a worker. It’s simple enough. Sometimes it’s frustrating when things don’t work out, but that’s just how the placement business goes. We don't use any complicated systems, just a lot of phone calls and keeping track of who is looking for what. It’s hard work, but when someone gets a job, it feels good.
